Most nutrition posts I see on social media position one thing against another.
‘Vegan Vs. Carnivore.’
‘Good Vs. Bad.’
‘Eat This / Not That.’
Those are all traps.
Very rarely is one thing always better than another for everyone.
Don’t fall into the trap.
Instead, when you see these ‘Vs.’ posts, recognize them for what they are:
Signals that should instantly send up red flags, questions in your mind.
This will set you apart from most other people who do fall in.
